The MyTIM App allows you to control your prepaid mobile lines and your landlines from your smartphone and tablet.

You can log in using your MyTIM account with your email address as your username.
If you want to create an account by associating it with a landline, you can do so from the App by connecting via Wi-Fi to the FIBER or ADSL network of the TIM line you want to register.

With this version of the MyTIM app you can:
- Register a MyTIM account to access from the App or the Web
- Check the activation status of your lines
- Manage and save your preferred payment methods
- Receive assistance from an operator via chat or through the WeTIM Community

- Quickly find what you need using the search box
- Quickly access the most useful features via the quick actions section
- Discover TIM news, entertainment and competitions via stories

• View your remaining credit
• Get information on your tariff plan
• Check your offers to check the available minutes, texts and gigabytes
• View and manage the services active on your line
• Top up online with one click using a credit card, PayPal and Satispay or using a RicariCard and activate the Automatic Top-up service
• View credit movements on the line
• Purchase tickets for transport, parking and access to restricted traffic zones in various cities

For your fixed lines:
• View the offers and services active on the line
• View the invoices for the last year
• View the invoice in PDF format and download it
• Pay the invoice with a credit card or PayPal
• Direct debit the invoice to a current account or credit card
• Carry out a move or takeover

Plus, with TIM Benefit we provide you with discount codes to use for your online purchases on the websites of the main brands! We do this using accessibility permissions (API) by accessing the URLs of the websites of the brands you visit in order to provide you with the available discount codes.
